Our Product Range
Enriched with over a decade of experience, Muscat Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is poised to address all your needs for the finest quality packaging products. We are the manufacturer and exporter of the following range of products-
- Woven Sacks: HDPE & PP Woven Bags/ Sacks in various application specific requirement for packing of goods weighing from 25 to 100 kg. These sacks are economically effective, friendly to human health, and comply with I.L.O. norms of 50 kg or less packing.
- Fabrics: The Fabric can be Tubular (up to 160 cm.) or flat, Plain or laminated (one or both side). This can be supplied in various colours, milky white or transparent and u.v. treated as per your requirement.
- Tarpaulin: Our Poly Tarpaulin is made of High Density Polythene (HDPE) Fabric and Low Density (LDPE) Coating on both side. We avail PE Tarpaulin in different colours and special sizes to suit your application/ requirements.
Our Quality
At Muscat Polymers Pvt. Ltd., we know that quality does not come by chance; we have to take extra efforts to sustain that quality. To ensure that the products we maintain adhere to international quality standards and offer superlative performance, we perform various quality control tests at every stage of the manufacturing process, such as-
- At tape plant level, every lot of the produced tapes is checked for its denier & strength
- Fabric produced by every loom is checked for right weaving, width, strength and finish
- Printing is checked for print quality, adherence of ink, and stitching is monitored with reference to the specifications
- Tensile and breaking strength of all the lots is checked on Tensile Tester
- Load Test, Length & Width Test, Gusset Test, Valve Test, etc. are also carried out
- To ensure the quality of Printing Tape, numerous tests are carried out
- The production at each process stage is checked to match it with the parameters prescribed by you.
After such extensive quality control operations at our in-house quality testing lab, there remains not an iota of doubt about the superlative quality of our finished products.
Our Infrastructure
Muscat Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is equipped with all the required infrastructural facilities under one roof. It helps us to perform all the required operations such as extrusion, fabric processing, lamination, etc. at an in-house level, and thus, to minimize the production cost. As a result, we can avail our finished products at highly affordable price. In addition, we have set up a complete auxiliary facility including a four colour printing machine with carona treater which ensures superior printing quality. Besides being equipped with such a robust infrastructure, we are also empowered by our highly qualified team of experts who have several years of industry experience. All these contribute to our strength, and endow us with the ability to cater your requirements with product and service quality beyond your expectation.
